Saturday Down South took a look at each week of conference play and voted on what the best game was in the SEC. Now, normally an article like this is something Kentucky fans will often glance over and get upset we’re not listed at least once. But, not this year – because STOOOOOOOPSS.
SDS voted the October 24 game at Mississippi State in lovely Starkville as the best SEC game that week. They voted it a 3.5 out of 5 stars on the entertainment value, but did give Kentucky a rather big compliment, saying:
Instead, this game could be the one that propels Kentucky into a bowl game – and Mississippi State into last place in the SEC West. It features two quality quarterbacks in Prescott and Patrick Towles, who will show the country what two “low-end” SEC teams look like.
Cats 30, Mississippi State 27. That ain’t no guess.
