In back-to-back days, Kentucky Men’s Basketball has extended an offer to a five-star prospect.
On Wednesday night, Brandon Miller, a five-star small forward from the class of 2022, posted to his Instagram that he has picked up a scholarship offer from John Calipari and the Wildcats. The 6-foot-7, 200-pound wing from Antioch, TN is rated by 247 Sports as the 11th best player in his class while Rivals has him tabbed at No. 17. Miller currently holds offers from the likes of Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Louisville, and a few others.

KSR was able to watch Miller play in-person during the MADE Hoops event a few weeks ago. Here is what our own Jack Pilgrim had to say about the high school junior.
“A player with terrific upside, but struggles with staying engaged for extended stretches. Settles for jump shots, but isn’t efficient enough yet to justify the style of play. Plenty of ‘wow’ moments, specifically when attacking the basket, but follows it up with consecutive possessions without touching the ball or forcing jumpers. Impressive size and length, solid frame to add weight. Solid court vision, handles the ball well for his size. When his motor is running, it’s hard to argue his status as a fringe top-10 prospect. When he’s not locked in, production and overall impact is limited on either end.”
Miller is now the second player from the class of 2022 to pick up an offer this week from Kentucky, joining fellow five-star wing Chris Livingston, who announced on Tuesday night that the ‘Cats had extended an offer.
Sounds like Coach Antigua and Coach Coleman are putting in some early work.
