Kansas star Josh Jackson charged with misdemeanor property damage

There’s more trouble surrounding the Kansas basketball team and this time it involves star freshman Josh Jackson.

Jackson, a consensus lottery pick in the upcoming NBA draft, has been charged with misdemeanor property damage following an altercation with a female back in December. Witnesses saw Jackson kick the female’s vehicle on the driver’s side door and taillight, according to the police report. Damage caused to the car was listed at $3,150.45, which is a felony, but Jackson was given a lesser charge.

With this, plus Carlton Bragg’s arrest in December (charges dropped) and the ongoing rape investigation in the KU basketball dorm, the Kansas program isn’t looking too good these days. You won’t hear too much criticism, though, because Bill Self is the media darling who hangs out with reporters at the Hooters at the Peach Jam.

BUT CAN YOU IMAGINE IF ALL OF THIS WAS UNDER CALIPARI AT KENTUCKY? He’d get crushed for not having any control over his one-and-dones.

Davonte graham was also just arrested on Wednesday….no suspension. Granted it was for missing a court date but still.

$3100 for kicking a car? Is this Josh Jackson or Jackie Chan?

I’m thinking if Chuck Norris had kicked the car we would have heard the sonic boom.

Have you been to a body shop for an estimate lately? New taillights for most newer cars can push $1000. If he caved in a couple of doors and a quarter panel, $3100 might be getting off lightly. Cars don’t have very thick metal in them these days.

Better be careful. Might get a Helms title vacated!

Yes, people would over-react, just like you.

That’s his point genius. The whole sports world would over-react if it was UK. But they aren’t talking about it much because it’s not UK. KSR appreciates the clicks, though, even tho you’re trolling.

Still juvenile behavior, just like Grayson Allen and Jameis Winston….he went to the wrong conference.

Im not trolling lol. Did it occur to you that the reason we hear more news about UK than any other program is because we are in Kentucky? Im sure there are plenty of people in Kansas who arent happy with how their players are acting but we wont hear much about it because Lawrence is 9 hours and 600 miles away.

fake bobby, you know as well as I do that people like Forde, Dakitch, and the WorldWide Leader would be ALL OVER Cal and UK if this was going on in Lexington instead of Lawrence. Fact.

Self knows that this is his chance to win a title. No suspensions.
