JMI Sports takes broadcasting rights from IMG a year early

partners_sponsor_jmi

A source has told KSR that JMI Sports reached a deal to take broadcasting rights from IMG one year early:

UK announced the 15-year, $210 million year in June. Today’s football game was the first broadcast of the JMI era. Not a bad way to start.

For depth on the deal and how it will affect Kentucky, check out Tyler’s post from a couple months back.

I hope they replace the entire group, Baker, Leach, Jones, etc. Keep Oscar Combs and Mike Pratt.

Noticed this on today’s broadcast. No more “IMG UK Football Network” crap and their generic theme that played on EVERY intro.

    An improvement.

The biggest issue with Matt Jones he’s so much in love with himself he thinks be bigger than the program. I wonder how he’d react on his show if he didn’t have a bunch of yes men agreeing with everything he says. I’m not saying he doesn’t get some things right but you get the feeling THE BOSS would make it rough on you if you didn’t kiss his rump and say yes yes yes. Love the callers and I wish Ryan and others got more time but that would mean Matt would have to give up some of the attention and that’s not going to happen, don’t really know why I wrote this for one I’m not a troll since this is negative and most likely it won’t get posted since there was no praise for Sir Matt.

I could not find a live audio stream anywhere. IHeartRadio was {is) worthless.
Can anyone tell me (Drew?) where to find the live game audio on the web????? Maybe for next week??
