    Great job on yesterdays show.

Shannon still needs to add some crowd cheering noise in the background. Just used to it.

Loved J-Lo’s use of Periscope on yesterday’s show. That should be the norm around here.

I haven’t tried periscope yet. Do you recommend it?

I tried it not really knowing what to expect. It’s worth the try. I like it. J-Lo responded to over half the questions during the breaks yesterday. Interesting stuff.

I don’t have periscope. I think it’s only on iphone, and I have an android.

Thanks LC. Jdub, It’s out for android now, I just haven’t gotten around to downloading it yet.

Sweet, I’ll have to look into that.

Ryan – Slide Jarrod’s face a little closer to the mic for us.

Ryan is a bit of a creeper.

I love the show, but grabbing an ex-basketball player to reminisce about his “playing days” is pretty bad radio. We’re firmly into football mode now and there’s no reason J-Lo couldn’t have co-hosted two days in a row.

Seriously? I think there’s room for football and basketball programming.

Why is it that when a former player is on a show, people feel the need to call in and make sure the audience knows they met the player once, or they know someone who knows the player. So what?

Agreed. Also, why do the football fans feel the need to whine about basketball coverage all the time? This site has covered tons of football information lately, but we still get idiots who whine about any basketball coverage. Can’t they just enjoy both when everyone plays for UK?

Yeah, I always find that weird, because it was KSR that got me into football. I used to just be aware of their record and that was about it, but KSR was always talking about it, during the Joker years of all things, and now I know who the players are, the recruits, watch all the games.

I have always watched the games, but I am definitely more into football recruiting, know the players better, and have been trying to increase my knowledge of more of the nuances, defensive schemes, and play calling, etc. because of KSR.

Nothing against Jared Polson, but I had to turn off the show today.

Congrats on figuring out that no one is forcing you to listen to a free radio show.

Why? Jarrod was a good player for us. He’s intelligent, articulate, and a nice person. He’s been good with callers and told some interesting stories. What’s not to like?

My biggest Polson moment was against Maryland in 2012. He outscored WCS & Noel in that game.

Jarrod kind of lived every Kentucky boy’s dream. He was a much better player than anyone anticipated.

I was at that game with Boyle & West Jessamine. Pulaski hosted some great games that year. I seem to remember a lot of overtime games in that region.
