Happy Valentine’s Day, BBN! Hope everyone has a wonderful day, spending time with those you cherish the most. If you’re single, don’t worry. AMC has your back, as the Walking Dead returns from its mid-season break tonight. Regardless of your relationship status, enjoy your Sunday. Let’s get this morning started off right with some links to check out!
- Calipari’s ejection definitely lit a fire underneath his Cats. Honestly, was there anyone in Kentucky that thought this team would finish how they did? Fortunately, the Wildcats would go on to dominate South Carolina. Following Coach Cal’s ejection, the national media replayed the heck out of it, almost as if to embarrass him. In this post on ESPN’s college basketball nation, that’s not the case. According to them, Calipari created a “monster”.
- Continuing with one more link about Coach Cal’s ejection, the Washington Post has put together some tweets from around the CBB world, talking about the incident. And of course, it includes another clip where you can play “Read Calipari’s Lips”. It never gets old.
- Karl Anthony-Towns definitely represented the BBN well last night. In case you missed it, Karl won the NBA’s Skills Challenge, the tallest player to ever do so. According to this article from Yahoo Sports, he also was Las Vegas’ longest shot to win. Ok, so who won a lot of money last night? Somebody in BBN had to win.
- Lastly, with the NBA All Star game tonight, here’s a warming article about John Wall’s first game against one of the best. Tonight will be the final All-Star game for Kobe Bryant, and the Post talks with Wall about his first experience meeting him. Just a quick little read to start off your All-Star morning.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
