Kentucky Sports Radio

University of Kentucky Basketball, Football, and Recruiting news brought to you in the most ridiculous manner possible.

Hello Friday!

There are many great ways to celebrate the start of the weekend.  George Jones is always a good idea after you’ve spent all week Workin’ for the Weekend.  If you’re looking for a new way to start your weekend, Flo Rida and Jason DeRulo are here to help.  Try not to bob your head.  I dare you.

Here’s what’s happening around the BBN on this fantastic Friday.

One Day till Zion’s Decision

We are under 36 hours until Zion Williamson’s decision and there’s still no indication as to which hat he’ll wear at his 8:00 p.m. announcement.  All signs point to Clemson, who paid him an in-home visit yesterday, but nobody has yet to rule out UK.  There’s a chance Kentucky fans could be in for a spectacular surprise before the Cats tip-off against Florida at Rupp Arena.

Coach Cal Previews Florida

The Kentucky head coach will be back at the podium to talk about the College Gameday match-up early this afternoon.  Hopefully he will tell us that Quade Green has returned to practice and is prepared to play tomorrow night.

Brad’s Beard is Put on Blast

PeliCats are All-Star Starters

Two former Cats are two of the best forwards in the NBA.  DeMarcus Cousins and Antony Davis have been rewarded with starting positions in next month’s All-Star Game in L.A.  We’ll find out which Wildcats will join them when the all-star reserves are announced Tuesday, January 23 during TNT NBA Tip-Off at 7 p.m.

The Snow is Melting

For most it’s great news to start the weekend, however, it also means the end of videos like this .

Laugh at Les Miles

The only thing better than watching a video of a sledding accident is seeing Les Miles discover a fidget spinner.
