Get Out Your Dice

We’ve been telling you all weekend to keep your eyes peeled for a new football commitment.  Don’t take it from me, take it form Vince Marrow.

I’m going to say it’s going to be a defensive lineman, especially when Jimmy Brumbaugh is the one feeling good.

Stay tuned.  You never know what kind of tricks Marrow has hiding up his sleeves.

They should really cut out all this Yahtzee, why not us, stoops troops stuff until hey actually win. Let the results catch up with the hype. This is the kind of stuff that makes the fan base move from ignoring football to rolling their eyes.

Well AREN’T you just the life of a party………..When there was no “social media” ANY tidbit of ANY kind of recruiting news was awesome…now with social media where info is instantaneous or a click away, you only interested in results on the field. What about all of the hard work sweat & tears to get to that point on the field …if it was your son you be praising every blister & bruise…Should #BBN do any less…I think not…When the good times cometh…it will fans like you that will be “fussin” for not getting good tickets for bowl games, playoffs etc…sad that those tickets can’t be distributed by content of constant social media comments of always berating the football program …even the good things in a program….I can think of several other football programs that have some MAJOR problems currently …maybe you would be happier rooting for them where you have something to legitimately complain about…just to complain about the simple things is just sad

Blueblueblueblue, you are on the wrong site. Go on back to the card chronicle.

The football program is all sizzle, no steak. And increasingly expensive sizzle at that. You want some more harsh news? The women’s softball team hosting a ncaa regional is not nearly as important as the football team winning 6 games and going to a meaningless bowl.

I like “Yahtzee” and the coaches’ presence on social media … there’s a long time between the next basketball or football game, I’ll take anything!

Football is getting better whether people wanna believe it or not … hiring better coaches, improving facilities, the stadium, recruiting, marketing … we have some talent and some depth now. If you don’t wanna be a fan, then see ya!

The steak you so deliciously speak of had its beginning as well…it wasn’t served grilled to perfection. It had some growing up to do along the way as well .

You may not like this guy says, but isn’t automatically a UL fan. He could be a disgruntled UK fan. Lord knows, he would have enough reason for that. Just because you don’t agree with someone, doesn’t mean they are a troll or a fan of another school. Let’s be more intelligent than that.

Well after those 2 decommitments, something better happen. I don’t think James Hudson will come to UK and Warren too. I think they included UK just to be nice.

Yahtzee! Until this changes they should be very quiet.
    – OVERALL RECORD: 25-48 (34% wins)
    – SEC RECORD: 8-40 (16% wins)
    – NON CONFERENCE RECORD (excluding Louisville): 16-3 (84% wins)
    – LOUISVILLE: 1-5 (16% wins)
While the numbers are bleak, when you break them down, the picture gets even bleaker.
The only SEC teams UK has beaten: Vandy (2), South Carolina (3), Ole Miss, Tennessee, Mississippi St.
Non-Conference Teams UK has beaten: 64% of UK’s wins have come against very poor competition.
    – Akron
    – Charleston (2)
    – WKU (2)
    – Central Michigan
    – Jacksonville St.
    – Kent St.
    – Samford
    – Miami (OH)
    – Alabama St.
    – UT Martin
    – Ohio
    – ULM
    – Louisiana Lafayette
    – Eastern Kentucky
Non-Conference Teams who have beaten UK:
    – Pittsburg (in bowl) Note that Pitt is the only power 5 non-conference opponent UK has played and they didn’t choose to play them.
    – WKU (2) — worth noting that as soon as UK realized WKU was going to beat them consistently, they immediately stopped playing them. Classic UK move. They do it in all sports.

    – Win the 3 non-conference cupcake games each year, even if this means avoiding high quality lower-level competition — like WKU. These 3 games must be won at all costs (including buying out opponents that are unexpectedly good (Southern Mississippi)
    – Must win 2 of 3 games against Vanderbilt, Missouri, and South Carolina each year. (with Muschamp likely to turn SC around, the Vandy / Mizzu games become must wins)
    – Must drop the game vs Louisville. It would be a PR nightmare, but it’s the right thing to do if your goal is to build your program. This allows you to schedule one more cupcake game, get 4 non-conference wins, and get into a bowl while only winning 2 real games (Mizzu / Vandy)
