Looking for something to watch to get you prepared for the return of college football tonight? How about checking out one of Kentucky’s top football commitments in action?

Starting right NOW, 2020 four-star defensive end commitment Samuel Anaele is taking the field, as his Miami Carol City team is playing Deerfield Beach on ESPNU.

Anaele, a 6-foot-5, 245-pound pass-rusher out of Miami, FL, chose Kentucky over Miami, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee, and Texas A&M back on July 1.

Ranked by Rivals as the No. 5 defensive end in America and No. 96 player overall, Anaele is Kentucky’s second highest-ranked player in their 2020 class, behind only five-star Justin Rogers. In fact, Anaele is the third-highest ranked commitment of the Mark Stoops era, with the top-100 prospect behind only Landon Young (No. 29 overall in 2016) and Rogers (No. 14 in 2020).
