Evan Daniels backtracking on “smells like Kentucky” tweet

Maybe Kentucky isn’t in as good of a position as Evan Daniels believed an hour ago. The Scout.com analyst and the only person to say anything about Ayton’s decision is now backtracking on his “smells like Kentucky” tweet.
After my first round of calls, this DeAndre Ayton decision smells like Kentucky. But I truly don't know at this point.

Daniels also notes that DeAndre Ayton has never taken a visit to Kentucky, which doesn’t help John Calipari’s chances in landing the top recruit.
Get on over to SportsCenter to see Ayton’s decision, although it looks like ESPN is going to make us wait for it.

Does anyone have any respect left for these crystal ball gazers? Such a waste of time. I think they’re in it mostly for the clicks.
Well he does play a couple high school games in Kentucky 😈 he’ll get a taste of Kentucky fans
Hopefully our fans have a little more class than to boo a high school kid because of his choice to play at a different school…
Doesn’t matter who he commits to, he is going overseas to play. Will never set foot on a college court
He might try to play college to prove everyone wrong but then again who’s going to remember a year from now
