ICYMI Jamal Murray and Canada fell to the Brazilians in the finals of the PanAm games last night. Murray was one of the few players to speak after the game, “It’s heartbreaking to not get gold but still we’re the first group to ever do this,” said the 18-year-old from Kitchener, Ont., “And we’re proud of our accomplishment.” It was a great showing for the young Murray on the worlds change and his performance has already changed the outlook for next year’s Olympic qualifying team.
