Kentucky’s invasion of the Houston Texans secondary has been cut in half.
This morning, Mark Berman of Fox 26 in Houston reported that the Texans have released former Kentucky cornerback Derrick Baity.

In two games this preseason, Baity racked up nine combined tackles, two pass deflections, and an interception.

Lonnie Johnson, the team’s second-round draft selection, now stands as the team’s lone former Wildcat on the Houston roster.
Here’s to hoping Baity finds a new home sooner rather than later.
