Yesterday was De’Aaron Fox’s 18th birthday, and the future UK point guard showed he’s already a Cat when he took down a Louisville troll on Twitter this afternoon. Here’s the story, which is a perfect way to tip off Louisville Hate Week.
UofL fan Chris Young wrote Howie Lindsey on Twitter to share a “lead” from an AAU coach about improper benefits Fox received. Fox, who clearly skims through his mentions on Twitter, saw the tweet and responded with some crying laughing emojis, really the only proper response to most Louisville trolls.
Young fired back, throwing shade on Fox’s “New Acura and $50,000”:

Fox’s response? Priceless:
Okay I don't even drive an Acura 💀 and I wish I had 50k in my bank account 😂 better luck next time buddy https://t.co/86KUUaBrA2
