Swaggy Cal made an appearance Sunday afternoon in Philadelphia at a BIG3 event, where he was photographed with hip hop artists Ice Cube and LL Cool J.

The BIG3 is a professional 3v3 basketball league founded by Ice Cube in 2017. Many talented players have jumped in to participate in the nine-week regular season, which started in June and ends in late August.

Cal watched Game One of a three-game set between Bivouac and Ghost Ballers and caught up with Shawne Williams, a player whom he coached at Memphis in 2006. Williams is a co-captain for Bivouac.

The Ghost Riders took Game One by a score of 51-46. Jamario Moon had 21 points and nine boards for the Ghost Riders while Josh Smith had 10 points and seven boards for Bivouac. Cal appeared to have a good time, and the BIG3 loved having him around, extending an open invitation for future games.

Coach Cal… Staying relevant with the young recruits. Coach K will show up later in the season and ESPN will claim he is “being innovative”.
