Cliff Hagan Stadium’s “Ballpark Hot Brown” Named One Of The Craziest Concessions in College Baseball

So even though I have covered my fair share of UK baseball games this season, I somehow have missed the boat on this new hot brown sandwich out at Cliff Hagan Stadium. However, the folks over at everyone’s favorite corrupt organization did not, as the Ballpark Hot Brown came in at #2 as the craziest ballpark food in college baseball by NCAA.com.

Here in this handy blue link is the full video which showcases a few other kind of weird ballpark foods, including some good looking gator from our Cajun friends down in the bayou at LSU, as well as some doughnut/bratwurst abomination BYU had to have cooked up in some underground test kitchen.

On a more serious note though, Kentucky Baseball plays it’s final series of the regular season on the road down in Georgia starting tonight at 7:00 p.m. You can follow along with the action right now, Friday (7:00 p.m.), and Saturday (1:00 p.m.) on the UK/IMG Radio Network.

  1. Batter it, put it on a stick, deep fry it! Now THAT would be crazy, and awesome. Yay fair food!

It is cute how this university CONSTANTLY tries to act like it has anything to do with Kentucky. The hot brown, like most things Kentucky is known for (Bourbon, KFC), was invented in Louisville.

KSR should dedicate a little time on the radio to baseball. KY is a baseball crazy place and we have the best player in NCAA in AJ Reed. Another unreal performance tonight.
