Don’t need to waste anymore time or recruiting money with this kid. You do to keep up appearances but this kid has been signed sealed and delivered to Ok St for awhile now and the rest has just been him enjoying the ride. Can’t blame him.

I mean, he should take his 5 all expenses paid trips. It’d be silly not to. Go nuts, kid.

In the end it’ll be “I feel Oklahoma State will best prepare me for the NBA” and all of college basketball will collectively roll their eyes.

Free fun trip. Doubt it’s anything more.

I think there’s a chance you could all be wrong. And I hope so. If it’s true that Sharife Cooper is no longer an option, Cade Cunningham is the only PG Cal is pursuing. And if Kentucky has Boston, Fletcher, Christopher, Ware and possibly Todd and/or Clarke already wrapped up, he may be intrigued. CATS

Catsfan, I think there’s a chance as well, and he’s definitely worth pursuing. I do think that the lack of urgency in signing a PG in this class reflects a confidence that Quickley will be more than ready to run the show. I think a junior IQ, while not quite as athletic as some others, could end up being one of the better lead guards of the Cal era, like a more talented Cassius Winston. While we’re all still drooling over the possibility of landing Green and Christopher, imagine if we flipped that to Clarke and Cunningham?? Wow. In any case, we are going to be absolutely stacked on the wings and very versatile. Landing a few quality bigs is going to be the crucial piece to bring it all together.

Blood is thicker then anything Cal can say or offer.
Only hope is that Okie State is hit with sanctions by the NCAA, following the FBI sting, and they have been mentioned.

You do know at Memphis Cal hired the father {I believe but was a family member} of a major recruit and, surprise, that kid went to Memphis.

Mash1: I love how you accuse Cal of doing something at another school without a single shred of evidence or even a kids name.

Hey everyone: Mash’s mom tried to lure a top recruit to her son’s favorite school by sleeping with him. The recruit obviously denied and was later quoted saying that he was hoping to leave that fishy smell behind him on the west coast.

Cal did hire a recruits dad at Memphis and he did end up playing for Cal and there is nothing wrong with that. I can’t remember his name I will try and find it though.

If there’s even a 5% chance to get this kid, heck yeah stay in contact and try anyway. Not one of us here knows this kid and we sure don’t know what he’s going to do. It’s his brother that works there, not his dad, so you never know. Maybe he’ll have a heart to heart with his family and they’ll tell him the truth, That John Calipari and Kentucky is the best opportunity to be the number one pick and get you ready for the league better than anybody can.

Probably won’t be here , lol, but I love that Cal doesn’t just give up on who he wants. Heck his brother could Change jobs or quit or anything by the time he’s in school. Anyway, I’m sure Cal knows where he stands with the kid, but if he’s telling you he hasn’t made up His mind and he wants to check out Lexington Kentucky, , then recruiting him is a no brainer in my opinion!! Lol.

Watch this site. They will keep you updated on info for it. There is a Campout every year at memorial for tickets. Lasts a few days, be prepared. If you don’t have the time to take off then you can always take your chances on Ticketmaster but you have to be online the exact moment they go on sale refreshing like crazy and even then you may not get any. They are going to be upper level if you get any that way. If you refresh the first time and it says they are all gone, keep doing it for the next 5 minutes because sometimes people will release the ones they don’t want. After that it’s really a crap shoot to get them because anyone who will try to sell them right away will want an absurd amount of money. Don’t pay it, these are free tickets. You’ll have to end up spending some money on them though if you really want to go. I would suggest that every fan go to at least one BBM at some point but I would definitely suggest not to spend that much money because personally I find the event to be boring and has gotten worse over the years. They hype it up to be a huge spectacle and it’s cool to see the team but it’s really nothing that can’t be enjoyed for free from the comfort of home. Save your money for real games.
