Bud Dupree has been named to the NFL All-Rookie team by Gil Brandt, a senior analyst for

Dupree finished his first season with the Steelers with 26 tackles, 6 in the postseason, 4 sacks and a field goal block.  Here’s what Brandt had to say about Bud:

All four of Dupree’s sacks came in the first half of the season, with his first two coming in Weeks 1 and 2. While the sack production leveled off, Dupree showed he’s a big, athletic guy whose speed and quickness make him hard to block.

He started the season strong, the first person to send Tom Brady into the ground.
