Enjoyed the podcast this morning on my drive to work. Even more reason for KSR to have a third hour! Why not try to do the 6-8 show on WHAS. Lach is “filling” in next week.

Ready for the game tonight, caytes by 7.

Anything would be better than Mandy Connell. I still can’t believe they ditched SportsTalk for more political gobbledeegook.

LSU has a history of having one really good player on not so good teams: Pistol Pete, Shaq, now Ben Simmons.

Never could understand how they got some of the talent that they had down there at a football school that never really accomplished anything in basketball. Look at the team that Brown had with Shaq, Stanley Roberts, Chris Jackson, et. al. I can’t remember if they even made it to the FF.

We’ll see if Simmons continues the trend of not beating us too. Shaq and Pistol Pete didn’t. 🙂

J-Dub, Shaq did pretty well against us. His LSU teams were 3-3 against us while he was there. To your point, we did win all the big games and they did not make it to the final 4.

16 of Simmons’ 36 vs. Vandy were from the line. He only missed three FT’s. Keep Simmons off of the line will be big.

Kip Winger was actually quite upset at the creators of Beavis & Butthead for being depicted as the favorite band of posers.

Ryan is right. Larry is the only reason I’ve ever even heard of that paper. Don’t know if they made a good business decision.

Choosing to not cover UK sports anywhere out in the state is generally a bad decision….

I have to wonder if that’s just an excuse to push Larry out and later hire someone without his name that they can pay less. They can’t seriously think not covering UK is a good idea.

    Shame on you, sir.

How about Tubby’s Red Raiders taking out Shaka and the Longhorns? Nice win for them. Texas is 8-5. How long will Shaka last at Texas?

UCLA should have an asterisk next to their wins because of Sam Gilbert. UNC should have one because of the academic fraud, and Duke should have one due to jewelrygate and the Myron Piggie scandal. Of course, all of these were swept under the rug because they are NCAA golden boys.

To heck with that! If we’re going to clone and combine athletes genes, let’s go with an Anthony Davis/John Wall or an Eric Bledsoe/Karl Towns or something. No one wants Plumlee genes….
