Baby Boogie will play for Orlando Antigua

Jaleel Cousins, the younger brother of DeMarcus, has signed with Orlando Antigua at South Florida. The Boogie clone spent the last two seasons at Navarro College in Texas where he averaged almost four points and three rebounds per game in 26 contests.

Cousins was also drawing interest from Hawaii, Houston and Mississippi State. He will be eligible to play immediately.

Unnecessary and frankly when it comes to Antigua’s recruiting prowess uninformed or plain stupid.

He’s a young big man who was playing behind another player who was going to be D1. Obviously other major conference programs wanted him.

I’m starting to really like this Antigua team. I’ll be pulling for his boys.

I want to see what Orlando can do with the talent he pulls together. Very interesting indeed. If he hits it out of the park he may get plenty of huge offers before we’re looking for a Cal successor.
