While they didn’t experience a full season on the field, they still succeeded in the classroom.

On Friday, it was announced by SEC commissioner Greg Sankey that 90 Kentucky Wildcats were named to the SEC Spring Sports Academic Honor Roll. The baseball team led the way with 23 student-athletes named to the list, more than any other school in the conference in that sport. The next-highest for UK was women’s track and field with 21 players, followed by 13 in softball and another 13 in men’s track and field.
