2017 PG Trae Young puts Kentucky in his final 11

Trae Young is considered the 4th best point guard in the 2017 class, and this afternoon, he “cut” his list of schools to eleven on Twitter:

John Calipari offered Young back in August and the 6’1″ Oklahoma native visited UK for Big Blue Madness. Last weekend, he turned heads at the Thanksgiving Hoopfest in Duncanville, Texas, averaging 38.5 points and 6.5 assists. He told Scout.com’s Evan Daniels on Saturday that Oklahoma, Kentucky and Kansas are among the schools recruiting him the hardest.

Here are his highlights from the event:

This list might as well say UK, Duke, Kansas, OU… none of those other schools will be on that list in 10 months

Final eleven, eh? Well the unibrow automatically makes him one of my top 800 favorite basketball players.

He looks like a mix of Tyus Jones and Austin Rivers. How could he go anywhere but Duke? Seriously, I just can’t picture this kid at UK, he’s destined to be a dukie/dookie:(
