WHY would you feel the need to put this out right now?

It’s to be expected with the news about Neal Brown. Just hope the next OC can grab his attention.

This kid has Joker Phillips-level talent. Not sure why we offered him anyway.

Rixter……ouch. The kid has dreams he needs to follow.

Good luck to this kid. He must not like the QB draw for 1/2 yard…
My advice to this young fellow, don’t write off UK yet.. See who they bring in to replace
Neil Brown when or if he takes the job at Centre College. The next OC may bring a lot more to the table.

    But I know, you didn’t!

Forget Harris he is not gonna happen. You people kill me with your impossible dreams. Look at this offensive line where would he run to.

They said the same about Matt Elam. It’s not as much of a long shot as you think. Ohio State stopped pursuing him and offered their next choice at RB. 3 days ago, Bama offered a runningback too. I think he’s ours to lose.

A new OC could even help our chances. Harris said he wants to play a pro style offense more than air raid. We could end up with someone who would appeal more to a star tailback.

Hmmm. Maybe, just maybe, he’s heard something about another RB that he doesn’t want to compete with for playing time? 😉

Seriously, this happens all the time when a recruit gets word that another player is about to commit. Who knows if that’s what happened here, but I do wonder. We shall see. I just hope we get the right OC regardless.

Cats have a proven runner in Boom Williams getting Harris just not gonna be.

Patience hell…..either you Bleed Blue or you don’t. Especially a legacy athlete. Hope he finds his legacy where he is able to give his total self to an effort as grand as the rebirth Stoops is building. It takes a TOTAL commitment to give UK the effort necessary to win. He clearly is weak of spirit…..Big Blue Spirit.

You’re right! Unlike Towles, he isn’t a true Blue UK fan. If he were, there would be no hesitation.

Sounds like the kid and his family were just looking for an excuse. Oh well….RB is our deepest position!

First of several, just the way it is in football. We will lose more and we will get some who are currently committed elsewhere. Not surprising to see rb’s and wr’s jump out of here the way we use them. Really hope the news that Brown is gone will help us as what we showed on offense can’t make any big time player anxious about coming here. Losing to every decent team we played did not help us either, we have mo good wins this season. Hope Stoops can keep most and as a team UK can get 7 or so wins and win a bowl to show recruits we are going to contend.
