I’ve got some bad news for those of you trying to make plans for Saturday, November 12: you’re gonna have to wait until Sunday to know the UK/Tennessee game time. CBS is exercising its six-day option for the November 12 games, meaning they are waiting for the results of this week’s games before deciding which game will get the prime 3:30 p.m. slot.
UK/Tennessee could be a noon, 3:30 p.m., 7 p.m., or 7:30 p.m. kickoff. It could take place on CBS, ESPN, or the SEC Network. No one knows for sure. The other games still up in the air:
- LSU at Arkansas
- Auburn at Georgia
- South Carolina at Florida
- Ole Miss at Texas A&M
CBS has first selection for the 3:30 ET window; ESPN has second selection for the 7:00 pm ET window; CBS has third selection for the Noon ET window, SEC Network has fourth and fifth selections for the Noon ET and 7:30 ET windows.
Here’s all of that laid out graphically if it helps:
One thing I do know for sure? The Butch Jones train is going off the rails in Knoxville. Not only did Jones confirm that star running back Jalen Hurd is transferring, he called out a TV reporter who asked about his job security for leaving the press conference early. Classy, Butch.
And remember this tweet by defensive lineman Jonathan Kongbo that suggested he was “hanging his cleats up”?

Jones claimed that tweet was about losing a game of FIFA.
