I think it is this time of the year Barnyard gives Stoops another contract extension and a $500K raise

Railcat, I believe Gran was aluding to his first Florida game, when Stevie Johnson was brought in to play QB.

4everUKblue, I am glad you are keeping track. Do you still need for me to explain the difference between a kicker and a punter? Just let me know.

4everUKblue It is comforting to know that KSR has a Barney Fife on staff. Are you the posting deputy sheriff ? Glad you are keeping an eye on me. Jezz, tired of your mindless bumbling dribble. So tell me Barney do you still need me to explain the difference between a punter and a kicker

Nick was Smoke hurt ? The team lacks a certain pride that we have been playing with. Not all of this is on the players / our coaches have been dropping the ball too.

Stoops said he had a migrane. And could not come back out. Non injury related.

Just about the only thing nice thing you could gather from last night’s game; Mitch Barnhart is a very generous AD, with an extremely low bar for success, and a very patient man.

Line of the week again and again “it is what it is”… Stoops

Besides our punter the rest of the team has quit. That 2nd half collapse against Florida has taken the wind out of the sail and not sure we have the coaching or leadership in the huddle to turn this season around. IF we only had beaten Florida and we should have we are sitting at 4-1 possible 5-0 and everything is great. Hopefully the Bye week heals Smith because we are in real trouble if we have to start a WR at QB.

All true. Seems obvious that Smith did not have the zip on the ball that he had his first start. Lot of air under his throws..because of pain? Maybe, but each time he threw those passes, which almost seemed like lobs, it was cringe worthy, because it sure felt like a possible interception each time he threw.

Its lunchtime and once again we find ourselves sitting at the SEC nerd table with Vanderbilt.
