I left a lot of press conference notes in my office when I left. It is great to hear Coach Stoops using my talking points

Although Snod is transferring now, are Snodgrass and T.V. Williams that far behind the other receivers? With all the drops.. WHY NOT?

Stoops said he came in with a bunch of nothing for receivers. I say he recruited a bunch of droppers.
Stoops add: wanted wide receivers who showed little in high school and who can drop and miss passes in both the playing field and bonus if you can drop on a deep route in the end zone.

The more drops, the more playing time you get.

Sorry, but if you are a UK football fan at all you are not a fair weather fan. If so this program would have zero football fans period. People are getting sick of all the preseason hype EVERY year!!!!!

In the pre-season this team was projected to go to a bowl game. They are still on track to do so.

All they have to do is beat two teams in the next four games, 3 teams in the next four will guarantee a winning season, sweeping all 4 will shut everyone up, sweeping all 4 and winning the bowl game, will put us at 9-4, and we will be ranked next year. we will finish 4-4 in the east. Man, our future sure does look bright. We could be 15-0 next year with the players from a top 40 recruiting class coming in and the bright sunshine will be on our faces. Unicorns and rainbows will fill our stadium for each game, and Kate Smith ends the season singing GOD BLESS AMERICA!
      Or not.
We do what have done the last few games, get our brains beat out, humiliated on national TV, to UGA, Vandy, and Louisville, finish amongst the bottom in the SEC east, and count on our youth to try and get 4-5 wins next year. Dang, I was really looking forward to hearing the fat lady sing.
Lighten up everyone. This is only a joke.

Easy on the receivers they are primerly sophs in one or two more years of experience they should be fine, what about the future all sec tight end Conrad his has look pretty good. The drops have also had some super catches. Could it all be related to how the ball comes out of Towles hand? All could go back to time Towles has to throw, does it come out tight or wobbly???

We will never know, because Stoops and Dawson are so sold on Towles,no one else will ever be given a chance. Then when he is gone, they can use the excuse their new quarterback is young and inexperenced.

I agree with sausage fingers to a point. ALthough we should have hired a red haired candidate, we had two to choose from at the time, we simple chose the wrong one.

Stoops should never leave UK. The local media will never bash him or put him on the spot, no matter how many times he gets blown out. Wouldn’t be the case in Tuscaloosa, Baton Rouge, Gainesville, Knoxville, or Athens so why does he get a free pass in Lexington for having unprepared teams? Less pressure to win at UK than any other program in America. The fans care but the media and administration are fine with our subpar product. Look at what McElwain has done with Florida this year, check out the turnaround Art Briles did at Baylor, how about Justin Fuente at Memphis, and for pete sakes look at Jim Harbaugh’s turnaround at Michigan this year…3 years is long enough to see improvement and I for one haven’t seen any. Down two touchdowns at home to EKU in the 4th quarter in year 3? Give me a break.
