Paducah Tilgman product Josh Forrest has come a long way in his four years at Kentucky. After beginning his career as a wide receiver, Forrest moved to linebacker where he was nothing short of successful, leading the Cats in tackles for his final two years.
Forrest is now an NFL prospect, hoping to raise his draft stock at the Senior Bowl. He’s received good reviews thus far, but still has work to do.
Kentucky linebacker Josh Forrest had an impressive practice. He ran with DeAndre Washington to break up a pass in the one-on-ones. Forrest had other impressive reps in pass coverage as well. He showed some pass-rush potential and was a physical run defender. Forrest’s a sleeper prospect who is showing some three-down potential for the NFL.
You can watch #45 showcase his skills at 2:30 on the NFL Network.
