UK’s 2017 Football Schedule

commonwealth

When your team is 0-2, it’s not a bad idea to start saying, “Wait till next year.”  Now we know who will be in Kentucky’s crosshairs for the 2017 season.

  • Sept. 2 at Southern Miss
  • Sept. 9 vs. EKU
  • Sept. 16 at South Carolina
  • Sept. 23 vs. Florida
  • Sept. 30 vs. Eastern Michigan
  • Oct. 7 vs. Missouri
  • Oct. 14 BYE
  • Oct. 21 at Mississippi State
  • Oct. 28 vs. Tennessee
  • Nov. 4 vs. Ole Miss
  • Nov. 11 at Vanderbilt
  • Nov. 18 at Georgia
  • Nov. 25 vs. Louisville

The cross-divisional matchup vs. Ole Miss will be the first time the two have played since 2011 when Kentucky won 30-13 in Lexington.  The Cats once again have Florida early in the schedule, but at least they’ll get the Gators a week after they take on Tennessee.

The most favorable part of the schedule: the Bye Week once again splits the season.

Good Lord…imagine if we start 0-2. We barely beat EKU a year ago, and obviously lost at home against USM. Those games are “nothing to gain, everything” to lose type deals.

Best case we win 6. I just don’t see UL, UGA, UF, UT, Ole Miss, MSU being winnable at the moment.

I’d say I’m pretty optimistic as a fan, really thought we’d get 7 this year. Obviously that’s not happening now. I see 4, maybe 5 wins here. Am I overreacting to these first two games?

No chance. None of these games appear winnable after seeing the first two games.

Blah blah blah blah……… Why do you keep posting, when you hate the football team so much? Do you enjoy being a miserable human being? Do you get a kick out of spreading your negativity to anyone who will listen?

BluKudzu is also a miserable fan. Fans like you won’t help this football team, quit watching if thats how you want to be.

Lemmings like you two need to stay off the net and stick to your daily routine of only eat, sleep and deficate. Your crtical thoughts of other’s opinions make you look more ignorant than you are capable of actually being.
Try not to think on your own too much, because your head will explode.
You guys are the miserable fans, I just call it like I see it, based on the evidence provided thus far. So, stop crying when someone has an opinion which differs than yours.

Some fans are just so negative that it’s like they almost want the season to be a train wreck so it fits the rest of there lives. Craziness, let’s see how it all plays out before we stone the man to death.

If ignorance ever goes up to being worth $2.00 a barrel, I would love having drilling rights to the heads of Billy Hill, stoopstroops, kentuckyfootball fan, ukbigboard udate, and the rest of you lemmings. I would be wealthy the very first day.

You can call me ignorant all you want for having faith left for this staff players an AD. I understand it’s not a good look right now and people always love one minute and leave the next. But if you are calling us ignorant because we would support our team not matter what, then you sir have mistaken the meaning of being a fan!

UK and Barnyard are stuck with Mark Stupid! No chance to ever make a Bowl. Fired Joker after Two Years. At Least he made a bowl. More Tolerance for losing when the coaches are white.

also joker made a bowl with brooks’ players
the talent and the on field results went steadily down hill year after year after year. had nothing to do with his skin. but way to bring race into it.

There are 7 wins there-weeks 1,2,3,5,6,8,9. Next year a lot of red shirts Come off and the “kinks” of new offense should be smoothed out. Also barker has a whole other year of conditioning.
