UK Football gets in on the Running Man Challenge

If you’re not familiar with it, the Running Man Challenge has taken social media by storm over the past month. First started by these two kids, the challenge went mainstream in March when Maryland basketball players Jared Nickens and Jaylen Brantley did the running man dance to the 1996 hit “My Boo” by Ghost Town DJs.

Since then, sports teams everywhere are doing the challenge, including the UK Football team in the weight room this morning. JD Harmon kicks things off by doing a backflip off a box, and teammates Marcus McWilson, Chris Westry, and Josh Allen join him in the dance, along with who we think are Blake McClain, and Nico Firios.  (Confession: Nick Roush helped me identify everyone.)

The memes are taking Twitter by storm right now. Who knew Firios had such a mean Charleston?
