It looks like it was a fun morning at the Nutter Training Center for Kentucky’s final open practice. Fans got to see new starting QB Patrick Towles in action, Mark Stoops and Neal Brown stopped by KSR to talk with Tim Couch and Jared Lorenzen, and Tim and Jared also participated in the Ice Bucket Challenge along with former Cats Shane Boyd and Harold Dennis. Dennis grew up in Radcliff, Kentucky and is a former UK wide receiver. He’s also one of the survivors of the Carrollton Bush Crash back in 1988, which happened when Harold was only 14 years old. Learn more about his story here.

Thanks to LEX18 for the video. You’re up, Matt, Drew, Ryan, and Alan Cutler!

Good for them. I wish someone called out Papaw Brooks. I’d like to see an ice bucket challenge from the tomato garden.

It looks like our boys Thamel & Evans have an article coming up in SI about Bobby Petrino still ruffling feathers with players and staff bc he’s an a-hole (scroll halfway down) – http://www.si.com/college-football/2014/08/18/inside-read-college-football-playoff-todd-gurley
