Terry Wilson carted off field with leg injury

Kentucky quarterback Terry Wilson suffered a left knee injury late in the third quarter of Saturday’s game against Eastern Michigan. The injury occurred as Wilson was pulled down by an illegal horse collar tackle. He stayed down on the play, clutching his left knee, until he was carted off the field toward the locker room.

It does not look good.

Mark Stoops will update after game.

That sucks but let’s see what Sawyer can do with full week of practice knowing he’s the guy because it looks like Terry will miss a couple of games at the very least.

It looked as if the knee dislocated it seemed to bulge out the side. I believe he’s done for the year. TW get well and comeback stronger. Seems the backup did good on the next set of downs TD!! Let’s hope the season for these guys continues strong.

Way to pile on a young man. Real classy. Of course he’s the backup for an even better team. My point was only that he would’ve had his shot. I’m just not a dick to ridicule his play like, um, you 4ever.

Makes me wish Gunner hadn’t got kicked to the curb.

I’m shook to be honest. This was my greatest fear this Season, and here it is coming to fruition in the second damn Game.

You’re in BBN’s thoughts and hearts, Terry…I can’t even enjoy BYU possibly getting ready to deal Tennessee another home loss now.

Wish the kid well but it doesn’t look good. The SEC mountain is now as high as Mt. Everest. Time for the Wildcat to be brought back?????

He’s good but does have that tendency to get penalties at exactly the wrong time. If Smoke’s TD counts and AJ doesn’t fumble, Terry might not have been in the game.

He gets two important ones every game of his career. He’s be all SEC if he’d just let go sooner. Even being a senior, He’s still got time to work on that and if he can fix some little things he could be a third forth round pick. He’s a mountain of a man. Lol. He’s legs are tree trunks.

Gonna be a lot of people flipping their opinions later in the season. Y’all saying it’s over, Smith throws a damn good ball and after a week of practice with the 1s he’s going to be ok.

Hate it personally for Terry Wilson that he is hurt. Opportunity for the next in line, this team is deep in talent. Shift gears and Bring It! Cats get well next week when the Gators come to town.

You can see him talking to the coach as they take him off the field discussing how it “popped”, plus Stoops told the EMU coach “my guy is out for the year”. I hope for TT personally he is okay and recovers quickly. I still think we can be good, O and D lines need to be Stout!
