SOURCE: Kentucky-Georgia football game expected to be postponed one week

It sounds like scheduling conflicts are about to hit the Kentucky Football team.

According to KSR’s Matt Jones, the Kentucky-Georgia game currently scheduled for Oct. 24 is expected to be postponed one week to Oct. 31. An announcement is expected later tonight that will replace Kentucky’s opponent on Oct. 24 with Missouri instead of the Bulldogs. Mizzou and Kentucky are currently scheduled to face each other on Oct. 31.

According to Jones, the scheduling changes are not necessarily in relation to Kentucky or Georgia, specifically.

We’ll have more on this situation as it develops.

Smart of SEC to play only conference games to accommodate this type of juggling.

I wouldn’t be mad if this was true. If we can pull the upset on tenn and take care of business against Mizzou we will have some momentum going into Georgia.

If we don’t fumble the ball, and if we don’t call too many bubble screens, and if our WRs can make some catches, and if we can make some FGs I think we have a chance.
