The SEC continues to plan for football.
On Sunday afternoon, the Southeastern Conference announced that they will release the 2020 football schedule live on the SEC Network at 7 p.m. EST.

The special, which will be called SEC Now: Football Schedule Release Show Presented by Regions, is set to be hosted by Dari Nowkhah, and analysis will be provided by plenty of familiar faces including Greg McElroy, Roman Harper, Laura Rutledge, Kirk Herbstreit, and Rece Davis. The schedule for Week 1 of the SEC football season will be announced live on Paul Finebaum’s show at 3 p.m. EST.
Earlier this week, the Big Ten and Pac-12 both announced that they are postponing its plans for sports in the upcoming fall season–football included–while the SEC, ACC, and Big 12 are still on course to play. The Big 12 released its entire football schedule Wednesday and announced that the season will begin on Sept. 26.
As for the SEC, they have elected to play a conference-only season consisting of 10 games with the same Sept. 26 start date. Kentucky recently saw Alabama and Ole Miss added to its 2020 schedule. With a full schedule slated to come out by the end of Monday, hopes for college football are still alive.
