Patrick Towles supports the hire

At least one high profile member of Kentucky’s offense supports the hire of Shannon Dawson as the team’s new offensive coordinator. Patrick Towles, the early favorite to start under center again next season, voiced his support of Dawson on the Twitter device last night:

Backup QB Reese Phillips also sent out a tweet, saying, “Good stuff”:

Kentucky’s starting quarterback position will be up for grabs when football picks back up in the spring; Stoops said today that competition is good for the position.

    i am shocked, SHOCKED i tell you that they didn’t tweet that it was a terrible hire.

    i really wish there was more info on this guy. the fact that WVU says he didn’t call plays has me worried.

    Whew…that is great…I was really worried for awhile there that he didn’t like the hire. Hopefully Barker likes the hire..:)
