Our own Freddie Maggard to fill in on Mark Stoops call-in show tonight
The UK Sports Network called up KSR’s resident football expert to help out on tonight’s Mark Stoops Radio Show. This week’s show was moved up a day because of the basketball exhibition, and Stoops is unable to do the entire show due to Tuesday’s practice.
Freddie will join Tom Leach for a roundtable discussion instead, from 6-7 pm on 630 WLAP in Lexington. Those of you outside WLAP’s range can listen to the show here.
Stoops hopes to call in after practice, but Tuesdays typically run long, so who knows.
You should listen regardless.

I’ve supported him since he’s been here but i’m done that team should be embarrassed to be seen in public he mess up hiring dawson and he’s had 3yrs to put a halfway decent defense thats all him dj Elliott does what he says this defense looks like a high school. Soft as tissue Forrester makes 8 tackles a game and miss 15a game all i know i’m going to make some money sat with that spread only person on the team that have balls is Conrad i could go. Why would the coach schedule, or allow others to schedule, the show on a night when he holds an evening practice?
Answer: So he has an excuse for not being able to make it.

When our boys come out playing like they did against Missouri and win the next 3 of 4 if not 4 of 4 I can’t wait to see all you negative trash talking think your all that behind some screen name who call yourselves fans change your song. His special teams need help. But, “We don’t have a special teams coach.”

In other words, “I don’t coach fundamentals and neither does my staff.”
I’ve been following the Cats for 50 years, I’ll give this staff 1 more year to show me something. The last 2 weeks have been an embarrassment to the program and I do believe it’s on the staff and players. I’m only looking for improved play right now and we’re not seeing it. We’re getting players ans it’s time to coach them up.

The goal from the beginning was to make a bowl game. This team is still in position to do just that? I guess since they aren’t 8-0 and in the playoff picture everyone needs to complain. Does anyone remember where this team was 2 and 3 years ago?
