Only single tickets left for Kentucky vs. South Carolina

Good news, BBN: only single tickets remain for Kentucky’s game vs. South Carolina at Kroger Field Saturday night. Look how empty the ticket map is on Ticketmaster:

As you can see, there are still some verified resale tickets available (shown in pink) if you’d like to go to the game with a friend, or you can snag a single (blue). Secure your spot at before it’s too late.

Students, there are less than 300 student tickets left for the game, so claim yours through the UK Athletics app before they’re gone. Let’s make this a sellout.

While it is great for the coaches and the players where are all you so called fans every game. Come join the party now that we are doing well but abandon the team when they struggled. Team please know if you lose this game 20,000 or soof these so called fans won’t be back this year. No excuse for CWS {yes that is still what it is} not to be filled every week to support these guys that work so hard every year. I remember years ago at Senior day sitting there and freezing with about 30,000 other TRUE fans. Even last week it took UK practically giving away tix for the so called fans to show up. Welcome aboard to those of you finally arriving, how about staying now.

Right on mashburnfan I have only missed 2 home games in 23 years my son only 1. I’m so tired of these bandwagon jumping phoney fans that can only come IF ITS A BIG GAME. Either get on board or stay home. Support the Cats in good an bad. Now let’s beat those gamecocks GO CATS

You two need to calm down and remember that not all fans can afford season tickets.

So now we’re bashing fans who come to the games to see a winning team? Honestly, it would be the same situation in basketball if we didn’t have a long rich history of winning in that sport.

I know the difference, and I support my team, win or lose. But telling “phoney fans” to stay home won’t help us fill the stadium. By your logic, the stadium should only ever be about half full with the 30,000 or so real fans. See how dumb that looks when you think it through?

Please don’t misunderstand not getting on those who can’t afford season tickets. Kentucky lost several thousand season ticket holders this year. When only 40000 show up for the the opening game an for Murray state then they had to almost give away 10 dollar tickets for miss st now everyone wants a south Carolina ticket it shows a weakness in fan support. We are not talking about filling an 80000 seat stadium. Fans show up reguardless who we are playing, not looking for sell outs every game but should certainly be over 50000 a game. Not trying to offend an fans justlaying out facts.
