OF COURSE a Vandy linebacker can solve a Rubik’s Cube in two minutes

Vanderbilt’s Stephen Weatherly ranked third on the team in tackles at starting outside linebacker last season, plus a team-high 4.5 sacks and a blocked kick.
But despite Weatherly being one of the more promising defenders in the SEC heading into 2015, Vandy’s always gonna Vandy.
So watch him solve a Rubik’s Cube in two minutes:
What happens when you give an outside linebacker a Rubik's cube?

Its actually not that hard. Its just recognizing patterns and knowing the specific moves. Its really just memorization. Honestly, I was taught how to do it in less than an hour, and I’m not particularly smart. It definitely helps to have someone that knows it, show it to you though.
My best time on a rubiks cube was about 60 seconds. 2 minutes is slooooow. It’s not hard once you memorize the moves.
As others have said. I know a 14 year old that can do it in 33 seconds. Next
That was just a 3×3 cube. Get back to me when it’s 5×5.
