No ticket needed for this year’s Blue-White game

UK announced today that its annual Blue-White Spring Game will not be a ticketed event this year, meaning you, the fans, will be able to pick your seats in all open and general admission seating areas.

The game is set for noon on Saturday, April 11 at historic Kroger Field in Lexington, Ky. It returns to Saturday for the first time in four years after the past three spring scrimmages were held on Friday evenings.

There is a plot twist though. The game will only be aired digitally on the SEC Network +. You can catch glimpses through your cable network on the SEC Network’s coverage of all SEC spring games that day, but UK’s spring game will air exclusively through the SEC Network +’s digital platform, which can be accessed via a variety of ways. I’d explain them, but you should just go to the game anyway.

Saturday, April 11.

Noon o’clock.

Arrive early to pick your seat for your first glimpse at your 2020 SEC East Champions. I said it.
