The coronavirus has a firm grip on the SEC.
Today the second SEC game of the week, LSU-Florida, was postponed by coronavirus, Lane Kiffin revealed his Ole Miss football team is dealing with an outbreak and tonight Alabama officials announced that head coach Nick Saban and athletics director Greg Byrne have tested positive for COVID-19.
Despite contracting the virus, Saban was able to instruct practice from home. Even so, this will keep college football’s greatest head coach off the sideline when No. 3 Georgia travels to No. 2 Alabama this Saturday for the most highly-anticipated game of the young college football season.
