Both Stoops and Neal Brown were happy campers when they met with the media this afternoon. In fact, Neal Brown said that today “is the most fun I’ve had in a football game since November of 2012.” (Same, Neal. Same.)

Brown should be a happy camper. The Cats had 656 yards of total offense and seven offensive touchdowns, an even more impressive feat when you consider how stagnant the offense was last season. In a stat that speaks to what Stoops and staff are doing with the program, the new guys combined for 335 yards and five of those touchdowns.

Somebody claimed she raised a thumb as she was taken away, so she isn’t paralyzed, right?

UTM got well over 200 yds. rushing. Not well played on defense despite the turnovers.

Poor quarterback pressure, pushed around by a small offensive line and the great defensive ends did squat today. Where is Bud and Z ? AWOL IT SEEMS!

Well the Cats got another game to improve on the shortcomings of this one before SEC play. Lets hope it is enough to take the Gators down.

A feel good win over a really overmatched team. Cats should have won by 60 points but the defense needs work badly. Offense looks good but the O line could have been better..
