Matthew Mitchell’s pregame concert has been canceled

Matthew Mitchell and the Nashville All-Stars will no longer be performing at Kroger Field on Saturday afternoon.

Due to rain in the forecast, the pregame concert event featuring UK women’s basketball head coach Matthew Mitchell prior to Kentucky football’s matchup with Missouri has been canceled.

Instead, Mitchell and the entire women’s basketball team will be at the Coca-Cola Fan Zone for autographs and poster distribution.

The Cat Walk is set to take place at 5:15 p.m. ET, with the fine folks at UK Athletics telling fans to “be early, wear blue, and be LOUD.”

From there, head on over to the Coca-Cola Fan Zone and meet the UK Hoops squad prior to kickoff.

Go Cats.

Now has more time to develop some half court offense.

Due to the rain of fans complaining he spends to much time goofing off to actually coach these girls up. Who knows maybe this cancellation will help him make the tourney again.

Yeah I’m gonna say this Oct cancellation will have zero affect on the women’s season. They’re still going to be at the football game, you know. Wondering if you actually watch the women’s team play or do you just want them to win but not actually support them by watching?

Funny as the UK Hoops program has never been better under any coach than it has been since MM got her. Had a strange year that set us back but he has it back to a top team again. What can you complain about? No F$, well how many were we even close to before he got here, and I think we will be there shortly.

Mashburn anything you say is irrelevant.

StillBP I do watch them but why does that even matter? Every since he started this the team has steadily began to struggle.

Please direct your attention to the Massengill stage… You would have thought with the mass exodus of coaches and players a couple of years ago that D-bag would have learned something.
