MacGinnis, Snell named SEC Players of the Week

macginnis

Two Kentucky Wildcats earned SEC Player of the Week honors following the Cats’ comeback win against Mississippi State.

We’ll start with the hero of the game, Austin MacGinnis, who earned the league’s Special Teams Player of the Week award. MacGinnis’ game-winner at the buzzer from 51 yards made that decision pretty easy.

Then there is Benny Snell, the SEC’s Freshman of the Week. Snell rushed for 128 yards and a touchdown in his second career 100-yard game.

Go Cats.

I’m with rick, I wouldn’t mind having Harris too but Snell and Williams are Thunder and Lightning in the backfield, and I’m not crying about our lineup this year

I thought Jones and Ware played great Sat. Not much talk about the defense but those 2 guys are good.
