Lynn Bowden’s agency releases statement on this morning’s search

Element Sports, the agency that represents Lynn Bowden, has released a statement regarding the search that took place at his grandmother’s house in Youngstown, Ohio this morning.

“This morning, a house belonging to a family member of our client, Lynn Bowden Jr., was searched by the DEA in Youngstown, Ohio. Lynn and his young son were guests at the home. During the process, authorities handcuffed all who were present to secure the area. Lynn fully cooperated with law enforcement during the search. At the conclusion of the search, Lynn was released, not arrested, and not charged with any crime. In fact, no arrests were made.”

According to WKBN, US Marshals and the DEA seized guns from the home, where agents had reportedly made a number of undercover drug buys, but not from Bowden.

If BLM argued that every cop who’s ever arrested a black man beat him, maybe you’d be on to something.

Yeah and he wasn’t being assaulted by the police officer either.

If he was they would call it “resisting”.

They play that like a pocket full of Monopoly Get Out of Jail Free cards…

What a tone deaf moron you are. Have you been paying attention to what’s been happening the past few weeks? Or are you just that ignorant?

What a horrible thing for he and his children. We do not choose family. Glad that he was not a part of this and glad everything finished safely for the officers and Lynn. Prayers for he and his family today. I hope this does not impact his future in a negative way.

    Decriminalize all drugs.

There, I just drastically reduced police brutality by limiting interaction between police and young males, prison overcrowding, felons not beIng able to find work once released then returning to drug dealing. Also increased state revenue from taxing drugs, weakened drug cartels, drastic reduction of gang violence.

But our politicians don’t want to solve problems, they just want power.

Have you ever heard of Needle Park in Zurich? Or the amount of needles some people have to wade through in LA and SF?

My question is this: Why is this a big deal and why is it making national news?

Bowden, nor anyone else, was arrested. Per the story that I read, they found a few guns and removed them. Not sure why they would confiscate anyone’s guns in the first place. My guess is that they will be returned. Guns in any house is very common place. In today’s jacked up climate, where rioters and looters are given free reign by democrat run municipalities, every home should be armed to the teeth.

I don’t know Mr. Bowden personally, but in my opinion, he deserves the benefit of the doubt. Too many people, in today’s liberal controlled society, are guilty by media accusation, not innocent until proven guilty. Best of luck to Mr. Bowden and although I am not an NFL fan, I hope he does well and had a great professional career.
