Terry Wilson is “all in” on the 2020-21 football season, and he has the style to match the moxie.
Wilson made headlines earlier this summer when he cut his hair for the first time since the eighth grade, and he shocked the BBN when he debuted the new look on Instagram. Now, the UK football Twitter account is giving fans another look at the fresh cut.

He explained the decision in a recent conversation with Paul Finebaum.
“It was just time. I felt like it was time,” Wilson said. “I had it for ten years. I wanted a cleaner look. I feel like I kind of outgrew that look. I got them when I was younger and it was just something that I wanted to get to just be a little bit different from everybody else. I’ve had them for over ten years. I woke up and I was like, ‘Yeah, it’s time for these to go.’ It was a good decision because I’m loving the short hair.”
Wilson isn’t the only Wildcat to get a high-profile haircut. Ryan Bryant, a sophomore walk-on offensive lineman from Ashland, grew his hair out for more than 18 months. Ultimately, he cut it and donated it to the charity Wigs For Kids.
I’ve been growing my hair for 1 1/2 years and today I was able to donate it to @wigsforkids! I did this in memory of my mom’s best friend Beverly and also to be an inspiration like @CoachSchlarman is to me. Im glad I can help and am able to do my part. pic.twitter.com/GfXP5t11kK
