Kentucky’s Uniforms are the Anti-Black Out

UK Athletics

Tonight South Carolina will black out Williams-Brice Stadium.  To combat the black out, the Wildcats will bring the light by wearing all-white uniforms in Columbia.

@UKFootball

Three years ago, the Cats didn’t get the win at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium against the Cards black out, but the last time there was a black out for a Kentucky-South Carolina game, Jojo Kemp carried Kentucky to a victory in the Wildcat.

    You mean they’ll be wearing all white…except for the blue on them? Aren’t those the normal away jerseys, anyway?

      No bc they typically mix and match even in away games. Very rarely do we go straight 1 color.

      No. Usually they wear the blue pants with the white jersey. Yes there is some blue but the point is to try and combat the atmosphere there. Love this idea and hopefully our guys are getting behind this and will go off tonight. GO CATS!!!!
