Kentucky comes in at #23 in Latest AP Poll

For the first time since 1978, Kentucky will begin the season ranked inside the Top 25. Kentucky comes in at #23 in this week’s AP Poll.

Kentucky fell out of the Coaches’ Poll today with the inclusion of Big Ten teams. The AP Poll, however, still does not include Big Ten Teams, helping the ‘Cats make the cut.

Kentucky is one of eight SEC schools starting out the season inside the Top 25.

Louisville drops back behind Kentucky to 24th after Saturday night’s loss to Miami.

It will be a Top 25 matchup when No. 23 Kentucky takes on No. 8 Auburn on Saturday.
