Josh Paschal is Dressed to Play vs. Middle Tennessee State

For the first time in the 2018 football season, Josh Paschal is suited up.  No. 4 appears ready to play against Middle Tennessee.

The Kentucky defensive end was diagnosed with malignant melanoma in August.  After multiple surgeries, treatment and rehabilitation, Paschal returned to practice in the middle of the season.  He’s able to play in the final three games of the season and still retain a redshirt.

To beat cancer and return to the football field in three months is an amazing accomplishment.  Even if Paschal does not play, his presence on the sideline will give the team an emotional lift on Senior Day.

Big shout out for this news. Not that he will play, but he is well enough to play.

Huge news! Been watching and waiting for this. Kid is a monster, kudos to his heart for fighting this and getting back. Not only that, watched him before a game in the cat walk and he literally stopped for every single person asking for a picture, even while on a medical scooter. Such an animal on the field and even better person off the field. Welcome back #4!!
