Farrington Huguenin signs a deal with the Steelers

Good news: former Kentucky defensive end Farrington Huguenin just signed a reserves/future contract with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Huguenin was picked up by the Miami Dolphins after going undrafted last May, signing a three-year, $1.62 million contract; unfortunately, Huguenin suffered an ankle injury in early August and was waived. At Kentucky, he played in 48 games, recording over 90 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and two recovered fumbles. He’ll join fellow former Cat Bud Dupree on the Steelers’ roster.

Congrats, Farrington!

I’ve hung out with Farrington several times over the last couple of months. Couldn’t be a better dude. Good for him.
