As we expected, the cast on Dorian Baker’s right hand is a preventive measure, not anything to be overly concerned about.
Baker’s wrist was heavily taped in Saturday’s win against Missouri and that did not appear to slow him down. He caught five passes for 51 yards, including two huge plays on Kentucky’s final scoring drive: a 25-yard snag on 3rd-and-5 and the game-winning touchdown on a fade route to the corner of the end zone.
He’s okay. Nothing to worry about.
