Vince Marrow has decided to stay at Kentucky! The Big Dog shared the news on Twitter minutes ago, confirming that he is turning down Michigan State’s lucrative offer to be its lead recruiter.

On Wednesday, KSR broke the news that Michigan State’s new head coach Mel Tucker was going after Marrow with an offer rumored to be around seven figures. UK submitted a counter offer that essentially matched it, but the Spartans came back with an even higher number over the past 24 hours. While no official figures have been disclosed, it’s clear Kentucky stepped up to the plate and did what they needed to do to keep one of the building blocks of the football program in place.
