Benny Snell is officially on TikTok, and it’s absolutely wonderful. The majority of his page is dedicated to his time in the blue-and-white, which means there are plenty of must-see videos for Kentucky fans (and a few for Pittsburgh Steelers fans, too).
His account, @Iambennysnelljr, currently has over 10,000 followers, over 140,000 likes and over one-million views.
Two of the best videos on his page (in my humble opinion) showcase two of Snell’s most-iconic moments as a Wildcat: the time he scored and then stared down the camera, and his touchdown in the Belk Bowl that solidified his spot as UK’s all-time leading rusher. The best part? His added commentary:
There’s also this one, which combines the TV show The Office with Snell’s well-known phone call introduction that was consistently used in the voicemails UK left for students, alums and season-ticket holders.
He also reposted a few fan-made videos of his “Snell Yeah” family cheering him on, which are both… passionate?
There are also a few “Wildcat 101” videos, which are essentially how-to videos for players (or just fans of the game) to emulate.
If he’s looking for recommendations for new video ideas, may I suggest these?
